International Orders

Dispatch & Delivery

All international orders are dispatched the following business day.

Orders are shipped via FedEx and delivered in accordance with FedEx service standards. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination.

Returns 

We hope that you love your treasures from Lovaan. If you need to return an item, please see our returns policy and information on how to create your return below. 

To request a refund, we ask that you please contact us at customercare@lovaanstudios.com and quote your order number, the item you wish to return and a brief and a brief reason for the return.

Full Price Items 

Items purchased at full price or on pre-order are eligible for a full refund minus duties and taxes paid by us within 14-days of delivery. 

Sale Items 

All sale items and orders placed using promotional or discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

Afterpay

Full price orders placed using Afterpay are only eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty items.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be shipped within 5 business days. Returns not dispatched within this timeframe may be cancelled.

Lovaan recommends using a traceable shipping service and retaining your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging, including garment bags and any promotional extras. Items must be free from marks or stains, including makeup or deodorant, and must not have been used for photoshoots, social media, or personal or commercial gain.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is deemed faulty.

All Other Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

For all other regions, please note that any local import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are your responsibility. 

Payment of these duties, taxes or fees is necessary to release your item from customs.  As our valued customer, we encourage you to reach out to your country's customs authority if you require assistance.

Any orders refused upon delivery at either the final destination or at customs will have the incurred duties and taxes as well as any associated shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
