We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300, excluding during promotional periods.

Processing

Orders received during our standard business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 hours. You will receive tracking updates from Australia Post to your provided email address and phone number on the status of your order.

 

Item availability

Occasionally, stock levels are not up-to-date in our online store, which means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare, however, if this occurs to an item in your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.
