International Orders
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees for USD, GBP and EURO:
For any items being sent to regions, paying with United States Dollar (USD), British Pounds (GBP) or Euros (EUR); please note that local duties, taxes, or fees associated with your order are covered in the price of the item.
All Other Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
For all other regions, please note that any local import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are your responsibility.
Payment of these duties, taxes or fees is necessary to release your item from customs. As our valued customer, we encourage you to reach out to your country's customs authority if you require assistance.
Any orders refused upon delivery at either the final destination or at customs will have the incurred duties and taxes as well as any associated shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Costs
For items being sent to regions paying with British Pounds (GBP) or Euros (EUR), please note that the shipping cost is included in the price of your Lovaan treasure.
Refundable Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
If you have received your item and need to request a refund, Import duties, taxes, and fees that you may have paid to receive your item may sometimes be refundable. For further guidance, we recommend consulting with your country's customs authority for clarification.
Returns
We hope that you love your treasures from Lovaan. If you need to return an item, please see our returns policy and information on how to create your return below.
To request a refund, we ask that you please contact us at customercare@lovaanstudios.com and quote your order number, the item you wish to return and a brief description of why the item was unsuitable.
Full Price Items
Items purchased at full price or on pre-order are eligible for a full refund minus duties and taxes paid by us within 14-days of delivery.
Sale Items
UK - All sale items are eligible for a full refund within 14-days of delivery.
EU - All sale items are eligible for a full refund within 14-days of delivery.
US - All sale items have a strict no returns or exchanges policy unless the item is deemed faulty.
Other - All sale items have a strict no returns or exchanges policy unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please note: Some countries may have consumer laws that override this policy. We will comply with all applicable local regulations where required.
Fine Print
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the requirements below. Any exchanges or returns that do not meet these conditions might not be accepted and may be sent back at the customers expense.

Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

Items must not be marked or stained in any way, including makeup or deodorant stains. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are returned with visible makeup marks.

Items must not have been used in photoshoots, social media posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.

All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
E-boutique credits cannot be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue.
Please note: We do not refund initial shipping charges for return items nor do we cover the cost of returns unless they are deemed faulty. When shipping items back to Lovaan, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs:
Kindly be advised that return shipping costs are to be covered by you in all circumstances except in cases of faulty items.
Return Conditions:
For a smooth return process, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your item (applies to full price items, see sale terms for items on sale). All items must be returned in an unworn and as-new condition, including any promotional extras that were included with your purchase. The item must not have been used for commercial or personal gain. If the garment does not meet return condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction to or refuse the refund.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a full refund minus shipping costs will be issued to the original payment account.
Faulty Items Procedure:
In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing us at customercare@lovaanstudios.com. We will assist you in arranging return shipping.
Exchanges for International Addresses:
Please note that free exchanges are not possible for shipping addresses outside of Australia. However, our dedicated team at customercare@lovaanstudios.com is ready to assist you in ensuring the right fit for your needs.
