At Lovaan, we prioritise utilising natural and man-made cellulosic fibres over synthetic alternatives.
As a growing business, we aim to use naturally derived and man-made fibres, such as organic cotton, linen, silk, and viscose. We are aware of the associated risks involved in the conventional growing and manufacturing of these fibres and are working to transition away from such fibres soon.
Where possible, we aim to source certified materials that adhere to strict environmental and social criteria and are in accordance with key industry standards.
We understand fibres important role in mitigating scope three emissions and lessening our overall business impact. That is why we are actively reviewing our current fibre portfolio, defining our preferred fibres, and exploring the uptake and use of certified materials within our collections.
