Returns and Exchanges policy

Returns 

We hope you love your treasures from Lovaan. If you need to return an item, you can submit your request through our Returns Portal.

If you experience any issues with your return, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@lovaanstudios.com and include your order number. 

Return Eligibility

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Full Price Items

Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs when returned within the eligible return period.

Sale & Discounted Items

Orders placed with discount codes or promotional sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for an alternative size, subject to availability. Promotional pricing cannot be applied to exchanges for different styles or products. 

Please note: 
This condition does not apply to the Lovaan Welcome 10% code.
Orders placed with store credit are final. 

Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes sizing isn’t perfect, which is why we offer free size exchanges on Australian orders within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:
Exchanges are final and cannot be amended or exchanged again.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Afterpay

Orders placed using Afterpay are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Return shipping

We offer flat rate returns within Australia. A pre-paid return label will be issued for $15.00, which will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. 

Once your return is approved, the item must be sent within 5 business days of return initiation. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return will be automatically cancelled. 

Please note: We do not refund initial shipping charges for return items nor do we cover the cost of returns unless they are deemed faulty. When shipping items back to Lovaan, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

International Orders

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging, including garment bags and any promotional extras. Items must be free from marks or stains, including makeup or deodorant, and must not have been used for photoshoots, social media, or personal or commercial gain.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is deemed faulty.
