Returns and Exchanges policy

Returns 

We hope that you love your treasures from Lovaan. If you need to return an item, please see our returns policy and information on how to create your return below. 
To request a refund, we ask that you please contact us at customercare@lovaanstudios.com and quote your order number, the item you wish to return and a brief description of why the item was unsuitable. 

Exchanges 

We understand that sometimes the size you order is not perfect, which is why we offer free exchanges for all orders placed within Australia within 14 days of delivery. 

Fine Print 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the requirements below. Any exchanges or returns that do not meet these conditions might not be accepted and may be sent back at the customers expense. 

  • Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. 
  • Items must not be marked or stained in any way, including makeup or deodorant stains. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are returned with visible makeup marks. 
  • Items must not have been used in photoshoots, social media posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. 
  • All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. 
E-boutique credits cannot be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue. 
Please note: We do not refund initial shipping charges for return items nor do we cover the cost of returns unless they are deemed faulty. When shipping items back to Lovaan, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. 

Full Price Items 

Items purchased at full price or on pre-order are eligible for a full refund minus shipping within 14-days of delivery. 

Sale Items 

Items that have been purchased during a sales event or with a discount are not eligible for return, only store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. This excludes items that were purchased with a ‘Welcome’ code. Please reach out to our team at customercare@lovaanstudios.com to initiate the refund or exchange process. For specific details about promotional or sales events, including terms and conditions, please visit the ‘Promotions’ page in our website footer. 

Outlet 

Any products in the ‘Outlet’ collection have a strict no returns or exchanges policy unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Final Sale items 

Any product marked as ‘Final sale’ or ‘Last chance’ have a strict no returns or exchanges policy unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Afterpay 

Please note that when purchasing items through Afterpay, items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. 

International Orders

Faulty & Incorrect Items 

If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us immediately at customercare@lovaanstudios.com. Include a brief description of the issue, with a photo or two showing the defect/fault. 
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team who will happily assist in organising the correct item to be sent. 
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or it a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
