12 Days of Giveaways - 3/12/24- 14/12/24

 

ELIGIBILITY 


The 12 Days of Giveaways promotion is valid from December 3rd to December 14th, 2024. To be eligible for the $500 Lovaan gift voucher giveaway, customers must meet the following conditions:

 

FREE GIFT 


Every order placed during the promotion period will receive a complimentary hand-crafted scrunchie or ribbon made from Lovaan's signature offcut fabrics. This gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. While stocks last. 

 

RETURN POLICY FOR GIVEAWAY PARTICIPANTS 


To qualify for entry into the $500 Lovaan gift voucher giveaway, customers must not initiate a return for the purchased items. If a return is requested, the following conditions apply:

  • The free gift (scrunchie or ribbon) must be returned with the item(s) being returned.
  • If the free gift is not returned alongside the purchase, any refund will be refused.
  • If a return is initiated and the free gift is not returned, the customer will forfeit their eligibility for the $500 Lovaan gift voucher.

 

REFUND POLICY


If a return is initiated and the free gift is not returned as required, the customer will be refused a refund for their entire order. The gift must be included in the return to process any refund.

 

GIFT VOUCHER DRAW 


The $500 Lovaan gift voucher will be awarded through a random draw at the end of the promotion period. Only customers who have met the return requirements (no returns initiated) will be entered into the draw.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS 

  • The free gift is only available while stocks last and cannot be substituted for any other product or exchanged for cash.
  • Customers may still use the Welcome 10% discount code in conjunction with the 12 Days of Giveaways promotion and remain eligible for the $500 gift voucher draw.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise specified
  • Lovaan reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Returns Policy 'Filly's Stable in-store pop up event' - 18/10/24-20/10/24

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to return your item this can only be done in person at Filly's Stable. Items must be in a new condition with all tags attached.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made in-store only, and must be made within the event period (18-20th October 2024).

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If there is a fault deemed with a product purchased from the pop-up store please contact customercare@lovaanstudios.com with details and proof of purchase.
