Win A Wardrobe

1. The Win a Lovaan Wardrobe Competition is a free-entry promotion conducted by Lovaan Studios, available online via the Lovaan website, Meta advertisements and any other official Lovaan promotional channels.

2. To enter, participants must:

  • Access the competition entry form during the promotional period.
  • Complete and submit the entry form with their required details.
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. One (1) competition entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries will not increase the chance of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. All eligible entries submitted through the official competition entry channels will be included in one combined prize draw.

5. The competition opens at 6:00pm AEDT on 19th October and closes at 6:00pm AEDT on 15th November. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

6. One (1) prize is available:

  1. One (1) × AUD $2000 Lovaan wardrobe voucher, redeemable towards pieces from the Lovaan collection.

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $2000.

7. The prize is redeemable online at www.lovaanstudios.com and is subject to Lovaan's applicable gift voucher terms and conditions. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

8. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

9. The prize draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 16th November at the Lovaan Studios office, 14 Toorak Road, South Yarra, Victoria

10. The winner will be contacted privately via email within two (2) business days of the draw and will have seven (7) days from the date of notification to claim their prize. The winner's name will not be announced publicly, except where required by law.

11. If the prize remains unclaimed after the specified claim period, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 23rd November at the Lovaan Studios office, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

12. By submitting the competition entry form, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the competition, including contacting the winner and awarding the prize. Entrants may separately elect to receive marketing communications from Lovaan. Marketing consent will be clearly disclosed and obtained separately at the point of entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

13. Lovaan reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that Lovaan reasonably considers incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.

14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

15. By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
