Marketing Manager
Location: Melbourne-based (On-site)
Employment Type: Part-time contract (3–4 days per week)
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to bring Lovaan’s vision and voice to life at a pivotal stage of international expansion. As Marketing Manager, you’ll apply creative clarity, energy and strategic intent across every
aspect of our communications, from seasonal campaigns and editorial storytelling to activations and global rollouts.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how the world experiences Lovaan, guiding storytelling across our owned channels, building campaigns that resonate with our customer, and ensuring cohesion between
brand, product, and commercial goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who blends creative intuition with commercial thinking, someone with a sharp visual eye, a deep understanding of cultural trends and customer behaviour, and the ability to translate these into thoughtful, distinctive marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and mentor two direct reports (Marketing Assistant and Customer Service Coordinator), fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
● Track and report on campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations.
● Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
● Plan, create, and manage content for campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
● Analyse market trends and consumer insights to shape marketing decisions.
● Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including paid social ads and search.
● Oversee the marketing calendar and ensure timely campaign delivery.
● Collaborate with creative and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and engagement across DTC and Wholesale Channel.
Key Qualifications:
● 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role within retail or fashion, with demonstrated independence.
● Strong understanding of contemporary fashion, both local and international, and a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
● Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
● Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
● Excellent organisational and communication skills.
● Proactive, results-focused, and capable of managing responsibilities autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.

Marketing & PR Assistant
Location: Melbourne-based (On-site)
Employment Type: Part-time contract (4 days per week) with potential for full-time employment
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to help bring Lovaan’s voice to life during an exciting phase of international growth. As Marketing & PR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life and supporting
communications that shape how Lovaan is seen and felt across our digital, social, and brand touchpoints. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll assist in the execution of seasonal storytelling, content
development, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives across both our DTC and wholesale channels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a discerning eye, and a meticulous approach to detail.
You’ll be part of a nimble, creative team and contribute to the momentum behind Lovaan’s next phase, bringing curiosity, confidence and a passion for storytelling and meaningful connection.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain and update internal PR and influencer databases, supporting proactive outreach and relationship management.
● Liaise with external PR partners to ensure timely communication, brand alignment, and delivery of seasonal campaigns.
● Assist in the planning and execution of brand activations, press events, and seasonal moments bringing fresh, relevant ideas to every touchpoint.
● Contribute ideas to monthly marketing planning, informed by brand-marketing strategy and seasonal priorities.
● Assist with EDM creation and scheduling — from product selects and copywriting to execution in Klaviyo.
● Support the development of brand communications, including Lovaan Library posts, campaign copy, and web content updates.
● Coordinate content production across freelance creators, stylists, and photographers, managing budgets, timelines, and asset delivery.
● Manage influencer gifting and outreach — including product allocation, correspondence, and follow-ups via Shopify.
Key Qualifications:
● 3+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, or communications, ideally in fashion or retail.
● Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and PR strategies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with handling Influencer relationships, gifting and loans management
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Self-starter with a collaborative approach.
● Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, Klayvio (or similar tools) preferred.
● Shopify experience is a bonus.

Lovaan Student Internship
Location: Melbourne-based (On-site)
Employment Type: Part-time (1-2 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking passionate individuals who are interested in pursuing a student internship at Lovaan. If you're eager to understand the day-to-day workings of a fast-growing womenswear brand, from concept
to customer, we’d love to hear from you.
Based in our Prahran studio, you’ll work 1–2 days per week alongside our design, buying, and sales teams, supporting a variety of tasks and gaining exposure to the inner workings of a contemporary
fashion business.
We are passionate about fostering meaningful learning experiences that support your growth as a future fashion practitioner. This is a paid internship, with appropriate wages awarded in line with relevant
standards.
